Voice mode

Voice mode lets you talk to Pulse in real time. It is the same assistant you work with in text, now driven by speech, so a spoken conversation continues exactly where your timeline left off.

Real-time conversation

You speak, the agent listens and responds in real time, and the exchange flows like a natural conversation rather than a series of recorded turns. Transcription keeps a text record of what was said.

Because the call shares your Pulse context, the agent already knows your ongoing work, your memory facts, and the state of the timeline. You don't re-explain context to start talking.

Tool execution mid-call

The agent can use tools during a call. It is not limited to talking — it can reach into integrations, invoke skills, and act on your request while the conversation continues. Ask it to pull a number, draft a message, or kick off work, and it does so without ending the call.

Task feedback during calls

Long-running work surfaces back into the call as it progresses. When the agent dispatches a task, you get feedback during the conversation rather than discovering the result only after hanging up. The voice session stays connected to the same timeline, tasks, and memory you use in text.

INFO

Voice is a different surface onto the same agent, not a separate assistant. Whatever you do by voice lands in the same timeline, memory, and task history as your text interactions.

Sessions

A voice session is a live, connected conversation over WebRTC. Audio streams in both directions while the session is open, and transcription keeps a text record of what was said. When the session ends, the conversation and any work it triggered remain in your timeline, so there is continuity between speaking and returning to text.

Where voice fits

Voice mode suits moments when typing is impractical — driving, walking, or quickly delegating between meetings. The combination of real-time speech, mid-call tool use, and live task feedback means you can hand off real work by voice and trust it to land in the same place as everything else.
