February 2026 Release
The February 2026 release adds Portal, a standalone hosted page for sharing one or more Peers, expands admin visibility into subscriptions and credit usage, and improves reliability of datasource sync and Webchat.
Developers maintaining custom applications should use the Developer Hub for API, SDK, package, and migration notes.

Portal
Portal lets a workspace publish a standalone, branded page — with its own slug, theme, logo, favicon, and welcome message — that exposes one or more Peers. It is separate from the embeddable Webchat widget, and can optionally allow anonymous access. Portal links can carry contact fields and a preferred language, and portals can be embedded in an iframe with additional security headers, the same way Webchat can.
Subscription and credit alerts
Admins can now configure credit alert thresholds and notification recipients, and get a clearer subscription overview from the admin panel. This adds general workspace-level visibility alongside the on-premise, license-based subscription controls introduced in November 2025.

Datasource sync reliability
Several changes improve how datasource sync handles failures:
- Clearer error display and detailed logs when a sync run fails.
- Better recovery behavior when a sync is interrupted.
- More resilient handling of web, website, and YouTube source failures, including recording the failing URL.
- Vector deletion batch sizes adjusted to stay within provider limits.
Webchat improvements
Webchat gained a language selector so the widget can render in the visitor's preferred language, and additional security headers were added for iframe-embedded Webchat and Portal.
Fixes and reliability improvements
- Clearer visibility into tool and sub-agent activity in tool logs.
- Datasource tool names are sanitized to remove invalid characters.
- General improvements to chat and form analytics query performance.
Action required
Studio and Pulse users do not need to migrate anything manually.
Workspace admins who want proactive usage notifications should configure credit alert thresholds and recipients from the admin panel. Teams that want a simple, shareable entry point to their Peers can set up a Portal.
